In the midst of a hurried life, we are invited to step out of anxiety and stress and enter into sacred space where we can breathe and be restored for this unexpected journey we all find ourselves on in life.
Join Jennifer Andersson and others as we (re)Discover Love…with Lectio Divina. Lectio Divina is a Latin phrase meaning, ‘Divine reading’. It is a simple yet profound method of prayer found in many traditions. Sometimes it is called ‘meditative reading’ or ‘spiritual reading’, but could perhaps better be described as praying with a listening heart.
In this live half hour online prayer/meditation experience, we engage with this simple sacred reading practice, utilizing a variety of translations and inspirations of scripture, and (re)discover the Love that surrounds us and is always available to us. All are welcome…
